Certainly Soap is a small business owned and operated by very minimal staff. For any questions or concerns about your products, orders, or if you just wanna say hey, please email us at info@certainlysoap.com. We are open Monday – Thursday from 10:00 am to 5:00pm PST. Please allow 24-48 hours for someone to get back to you!

How will COVID-19 effect my order?

Your safety as well as our own is being taken very seriously. We are taking extra precautions to make sure your products and packages are handled in a safe and sanitized way.

We ask for your extreme patience with us as well as shipping carriers. We are all working extremely hard!

PAYMENT

All major credit/debit cards are accepted. (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover). California Sales Tax will be applied to all orders.

SHIPPING

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate of $6 for shipping on all orders in the U.S. Shipping rates and carriers are subject to change. 

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Shipping schedules may be delayed due to COVID-19.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS

Certainly Soap will not be processing returns due to COVID-19 as well as the nature of personal care items. If there is a problem with your order please contact us at info@certainlysoap.com. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Certainly Soap only for extreme circumstances. No other refunds will be issued. If you need to cancel your order please notify us immediately. Thanks!
